M LOG CHAIN CONVERSION KIT

This kit provides you with the essentials to convert your existing XR-1000 Conveyor to a Log Chain solution!

To determine how much Log Chain you need, multiply the length (in feet) of your conveyor by 2. Then divide by the length of an 11-link section of Log Chain (3.2 feet) and round up to the next whole number. That number will be how many sections of chain and rollers you need. You will also need 1 Take-up Drum and 1 Sprocket for the conversion. See a calculation example below:

Steps to Follow:

1.   125 ft conveyor x 2 = 250 feet
2.   250 divided by 3.2 =  78.125 (round up to 79)
3.   You need 79 sections of Log Chain and 79 Rollers

After completing your order, we will provide you with installation instructions that explain how you will need to modify your conveyor speed to accommodate the new Sprocket size.
