All goods are F.O.B. Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Shipping charges will be billed separately to you. Customs & Duty charges (if applicable) will be added to your invoice at the time of billing and shipping.

Should you be required to return goods to us for any reason, please contact us for a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA #). No goods will be accepted without a RGA # and a form completed. Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to see if it qualifies for a refund or warranty-replacement.

We will accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery to the customer’s site. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for paying the freight charges involved in the returns process.

Exceptions may apply for unusual circumstances where additional terms may apply.
