Dielectric Gel Kit

“Extend the life of your Gear Motor”

We all know that water and electricity do not mix. When water gets into your gearmotor, motor failure is sure to happen.

Use Triumph’s dielectric gel to prevent water and moisture build up in your gearmotor’s junction box.

How to use:

Mix the product in a clean container at a 1:1 ratio of 310A and 310B. Remove the cover of the junction box. Pour the mixed gel into the open junction box. Fill so that all of the electrical terminal connections are completely covered. Do not overfill. Let the gel mixture stand at room temperature for at least 24 hours to cure. Replace cover and gasket and you are ready to go.  1kit fills 2 gear motors.
